How Can severe Headache Be Treated?

Hi ONce a month I get a three day headache, hormone related, and for one or two days of my three day headache, my one eye and nose run non stop. While this happens I don t urninate as much as I usually do. I know when the headache lifts as I start going to the bathroom, I swear my bladder holds it and then releases it ove ra few hours and then the headache lifts.
